Competition Terms and Conditions
- The competition is open to all delegates who attend the IEASA Conference 2024.
- Employees and immediate family members of CompCare Medical Scheme and Universal Healthcare are not eligible to participate.
- To enter, visit the CompCare stand, scan the QR Code and complete your details.
- The winners of the competition will be selected at random by CompCare from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
- The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- CompCare reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other prizes of equal or greater value if the original prizes are not available for any reason.
- CompCare’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- CompCare reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties that arise outside of their control.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
- By participating, winners consent to CompCare Medical Scheme using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes.
- The competition closes on the 21st and 22nd of August at 16:00 and on the 23rd of August at 13:30.
