CompCare’s Digital Member Registration Process, Step by Step Guide

Start by registering on the Universal.one app with a clear image of your ID, select CompCare and choose your preferred option.

Provide the name of your broker for seamless communication and support with CompCare.

Enter your personal information and that of any dependants you may have.

Answer five straightforward eligibility questions. If dependants do not meet eligibility criteria you can still register yourself digitally and add dependants via the conventional channels.

View a confirmation of your monthly contribution, including dependants.

Select debit order or company deduction (only for registered CompCare corporate clients) and enter the relevant information.

Confirm your claims payment and member portion banking details, if different from your contribution debit order.

Carefully read and agree to the full legal declaration, standard for all medical scheme members in South Africa – this acts as your legally binding signature.

Choose when you would like to start your membership. For immediate membership a pro-rated contribution payment will be calculated based on the date of registration – you will be directed to a secure payment gateway for this amount.

You are now a registered member!
Your membership number and card are immediately available, along with all other member resources on the Universal.one App.
