Here’s how to download the Universal.one App for CompCare Medical Scheme members:
Simply download the Universal.one App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and follow the short step by step instructions below.
Open the App and follow the prompts to the login page.
Select Register and follow the prompts through the registration process.
If you have just registered as a new user you will be automatically logged in.
Register by entering your CompCare membership information and personal details, as it appears on your membership card or membership certificate. Next, follow the prompts to enter your ID or Passport number.
Once you have successfully completed registration, your home page will display and you are ready to go!
You can access the Universal.one App on your Huawei mobile device.
Go to the CompCare website on your device.
Click here and then click Download.
Click on Allow (allow browser to install app).
Click on Install.
Click on Open.
Follow the prompts to register or log in.
